Living in Richmond Highlands
A quiet and quaint neighborhood with a long and rich history bordered by Innis Arden, Shoreline Community College and Aurora. It is conveniently located to many amenities and recreational opportunities, including parks, shopping and transit.
History
By 1910, the Richmond Highlands area around the Interurban station at the Old Bothell Road (North 185th Street) and the North Trunk Road (Aurora) had been platted. However, much of the Richmond Highlands community did not take off until the 1920s.
Richmond Highlands Real Estate
Long been viewed as a less-expensive, close-in alternative to Seattle, Richmond Highlands continues to attract buyers with its peaceful setting, moderate prices, and highly rated schools.
